There will be over 60 miles of planned pathways and flowing singletrack trails, including the signature Saddleback Trail — a 13-mile peak-to-peak journey that leads all the way to Saddleback Mountain. Thousands of saguaro cacti—and whenever possible, their symbiote trees—will be lovingly and painstakingly preserved and replanted. In our first two neighborhoods, Saltbrush and Blue Basin, we’ve saved 3,433 cacti and 1,640 trees. Additionally, of great concern for life in the desert is water. Rest assured there is a respectful and reliable plan for water at Saddleback that involves responsible sourcing and use.
